There's a reason wineries are so popular as wedding venues, and it's not just because there's plenty to drink!

Carl and Felicity choose Goona Warra Vineyard as the location for their nuptials and the scenery did not disappoint! But before we get to the stunning location, we need to take you back to where we started, with the bride at her family home.

Above: Felicity's sister and friend accompanied her on her big day.

Below: Felicity and her mother.

How awesome is this "pew"? It looks like a church or something but it is actually in the covered veranda in the backyard!

We didn't photograph Carl and his groomsmen getting ready, as we often do. We think they didn't want anyone else to know what they were up to before the wedding! Instead, we made time for some fun shots with them at the location before the ceremony.

Carl tried to make a run for it but his brother was having none of that!

Looking pretty dapper there, Carl!

Who wouldn't want to arrive in a pink Cadillac on their wedding day?

This is a bit random but does anyone else think that cloud looks like smoke coming out of a chimney?

Before we could go into the vineyards we had to disinfect the soles of our shoes in a bucket of bleach, to make sure we wouldn't spread any contaminants to the grapes. Not the most glamorous thing for the bride to have to do in her dress, but well worth the effort when you see the shots we got in there.

They were having such a great day, they were already planning to do it all again...Carl even decided to pop the question for a second time!

The reception room inside Goona Warra is just beautiful, done out in classic stone and rich wood. It's perfect for a small to medium size wedding as it's a small intimate room where everyone is close by. Perfect for the bride and groom to be able to chat with all of their guests throughout the reception. Also, making an entrance up a staircase is always classy.

And halfway down the staircase is an amazing spot for some quiet, intimate portraits. The light was just beautiful.
